★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get the screen of my Pixel 4A 5G replaced after it cracked. Called the store and was able to get a repair appointment for the same day. They quoted 1 hour to get the job done, which was a relief since other places I had contacted told me they'd take up to 5 hours.
The team is super friendly and helpful. They were able to get it done in under 30 mins and my phone looks good as new! Great workmanship and it comes with a warranty.
Would definitely recommend ubreakifix for all your repair needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with a constantly restarting Google Pixel 3a. Guy in there was easy and nice to talk with. Diagnostic was free, ended up being a broken power button. He gave me full warning that the issue might be something that cannot be fixed, and if the power button didn't fix the issue then he wouldn't charge me anything. The part took 5 days to come in, and he had it fixed on the day he promised. Awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my phone Friday night and cracked the screen, the internal LED was all messed up. Went in next morning and ubreakifix fixed it within an hour at a great price. They also walked me through accessory options to prevent it from happening again. Amazing customer service, great knowledgeable technicians that get the job done quickly and effectively. I can't recommend enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would recommend. My phone screen wasn't working, brought it is and got it fixed within an hour. I have stickers on the back of my phone and they put them back after. Very nice gesture. I have a newer model and the price was a bit more then expected but non the lest it works great and would go back if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my wife’s phone here to have the screen repaired since it was ran over by a car. During the repair further internal damage was noticed to the phone that made it completely unusable. After some back and forth since I needed the information from that phone they brought in a more experienced senior technician from there regional office and completed the initial repair as well as the repairs to the internal problems.
The take away is that they stuck with the problem until they came up with a solution that everyone was happy with. Their commitment to me as a customer showed character and I have a great deal of respect for them for acting that way.
I would recommend this shop to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. Had to wait about one month before my phone was returned. I had to call over a dozen times. Phone line was busy. He never actually fixed my water damaged phone. Just replaced the screen with a broken one and told me "It should work now". I paid close to $90 for that. Please do yourself a favor and get your phone repaired elsewhere
