★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to deal with customer service is absolutely horrible. Them taken away the app was a joke it was very handy and helpful. Now you have to log online do the internet and half the time it doesn't work and then trying to get ahold of somebody such a pain. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and is only went downhill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Android updated to Oreo and now my data is constantly on, even after adjusting developer options. My picture messages don't work and they told me to downgrade my OS. That's just terrible service and they should be able to stay up to date with there system or at least warn people that they do not support the new OS as of now. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, I'd like to say that the young guy who works there in the evenings on weekdays is always great. Give him a raise.
Took my phone in yesterday for some under-warranty repair, the audio jack was faulty. Two guys working the kiosk, neither of them made eye contact the entire interaction. The guy who was "helping" me (if indeed our interaction could be qualified as such) didn't even bother taking his Bluetooth headphones out of his ears.
I get that you guys don't make any money off of under-warranty repair, but this is just sad. Get your act together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying a phone here make sure you are informed on your plan changes. I was in a rush buying a phone, the rep DID NOT communicate to me that my phone plan was changed to a 500 min plan, when prior to this I was on an unlimited minutes plan. I am now stuck with a $542 charge & having to pick up the pieces for this reps mistakes & miscommunication. I will pay this phone off & will no longer be a customer of Koodo & will NEVER recommend this phone company. Thanks to the employee Nav that actually showed sympathy & offered to take matters in to his own hands & help me out.
