★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freedom Mobile is a joke. Phone works half of the time. You can be in the middle of your home city and have no service. Roaming within what they label as your home area. Avoid direct debit as they are unable to process correct payments at correct times and will cut your phone off for days with zero compensation. Customer service is so bad it's comical.
Avoid like the plague.
Location wise the guys are decent. Shame about the company. Oh yeah they also did nothing after the hacker privacy breach.
There are class action lawsuits... Find a relevant one and join in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from mark! his hospitality and friendly manner goes very fair. I recommend speaking with him for your phone needs. I would like to state that well dealing with mark the other gentleman working continued to interrupt us, he was very rude and aggressive. not someone i would want to get a phone from. stocky guy painted nails, never got his name but would not recommend him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best deals around with shaw as the service provider allows for Wi-Fi access almost everywhere shaw provides for. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always sharing the latest deals promotions and information to better your Freedom in the cell service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service absolutely garbage, Employees are Liars, They told me they linked my phone number to my phone for warranty, And they didn't, Now I have to deal with Apple To find a trade for my phone which the company doesn't want to replace it I am very Mad with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell, like and other telecommunications business, the employees are on sales targets to close and/or upsell. The guy I've seen here over last couple years is fairly helpful though and reason I stick it out with freedom mobile (along with their cheaper rates without sacrificing the network too much)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is right and the Freedom modem delivered a fast signal. But the customer service both online and in the store, due mainly to the entanglement of the Shaw and Freedom billing and technical systems, is awful - frustrating enough to have made me quickly cancel my service and to recommend to others to find another ISP even if it costs a few dollars more. I'm with Telus and Koodo and have not run into anything resembling Shaw/Freedom's terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark might just be the best employee I've met at any business. Was insanely cool, and helpful. Didn't really try to sell us more than we wanted but fit what we were looking for to a tee. I really hope his employers see these reviews because he deserves to be compensated!
