★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For almost 10 years I've had nothing but amazing service from Virgin Mobile. Even so far as large amounts left on my plan waved off so that I could upgrade for a better price. This location is particularly helpful and kind, and I never feel anxious about having to go to them for help.

They got my phone totally set up and working before I left the store and Carole even got a colleague to help to speed things up. Never been so impressed with a cellular store and the team (especially Carol) are a huge asset to virgin mobile.

It was quick, but I still felt like I wasn't being rushed at the same time. The customer service was an 11/10. I highly recommend visiting this location if you want reliable service from highly skilled people that take the time to give you the best possible deal and understand what will suit your needs. Ask for Jeremy, he will be super helpful and he was really funny, making it such a great experience!
