Went in and talked to the store owner. He insisted that the phone case is final sale during pandemic, which I understood. But I wasn’t intent to return the case but wanted to discuss over the price difference but got refused. Will never visit the store again. Too bad google review won’t accept no stars for drafting a review. I will give no stars.

Guess what, the screen protector cracked, I asked for a replacement or money back but I get 'crickets'. The Store will not return my calls or messages. Don't buy anything from this store at Hillside Mall if you think the warranty will be honoured. In my experience, they take the money and don't uphold their word. Terrible way to do business. We won't be back to this store.

I've brought multiple devices (Apple and Android) to his store to have screen protectors applied and been very satisfied, but I was really blown away by his negative reaction and response. I was a satisfied customer but, after that, I probably won't go back again.

Sean explained the current protector was from 2018 and technology changed since then . He offered to replace it n/c . We were more than willing to pay but this nice and unexpected gesture was truly a class act . Thanks Sean !!!
