★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a few purchases during this past year at different The Source locations, and I have been very impressed by their services. All of the staff I have dealt with are very pleasant, professional and non pushy. The stores practise proper COVID protocols. And this week, I went to the location at Mayfair Mall for some headphones and again received great information that helped my decision making. Definitely the first place I would go to for my electronic purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased an iPhone 12 from the Source at the Mayfair Mall in Victoria and I wanted to say how helpful and friendly the staff was. Both Marc (the manager) and Ben (an employee) spent over 2 hours helping me set it up and explained everything to me in detail. They were friendly, funny and incredibly helpful. Thank you to both of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased a laptop from the Mayfair store. I was extremely impressed with Ben, a sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, a senior who has no technical ability. He spent a great deal of time with me transferring my files, pictures etc. He went over everything with me to ensure I had what I needed and knew how to navigate this new laptop. There is no doubt in my mind that if I need anything this is the store I would return to. I highly recommend The Source and Ben. Thank you so much for making this so easy for me Ben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going through a lengthy, unsuccessful attempt getting a new phone at a different store, Ben and Marc were able to easily take care of everything that was necessary to set up my new phone. And in a short time!
They are excellent reps for the Source: knowledgeable, intelligent and offer great customer service. Made my whole experience painless and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our very first time at The Source.. Marc, a sales representative is simply awesome in working out best deals!! I was super impressed at how quickly he understood my requirements! Usually we'd go to other places like Bestbuy but after having a 0-star experience at Bestbuy recently, we decided we'd checkout a few other places - and SOURCE at Mayfair was the BEST! Amazing customer service by Marc, he exactly drilled down the deal that I wanted, went over and beyond to get great discounts and I couldn't be more happier.. the staff is very welcoming and caring and gives 100% genuine advice! Love the team work at this store!! Thanks for the wonderful service! we are for sure to send you some great referrals!
If you want to buy a phone or any electronic device, go to these guys!! Very knowledgeable!
