Matt, currently Assistant Store Leader, was eager to greet me right away and I ended up having the best retail experience in a long while. He was very knowlegable, personable, and took care of my needs in a professional manner. After buying a new iphone from Matt, I left the mall to pick up 2 of my close friends just to bring them back to this store. Both my friends ended up buying new iphones as well (eventhough I was the only one that needed an upgrade). I highly recommend Matt's expertise when it comes to buying a new cellphone! 100% would come back just for him and would give him a call anytime I have questions regarding the latest technology and market trend. Ask for Matt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a perfectly good day but made less perfect after visiting this outlet. I was inquiring about phones with one of the saleswomen. She had multicolored eye shadow makeup making one think she would have a personable and friendly disposition, rather, I think the makeup was a way to compensate for an arrogant personality and terse presence. Although not a significant event in my life, I think these types of individuals have an impact and are unfortunately being allowed to continue in their jobs due to the difficulties employing people in the current job environment. Ordinary times people who do not have the skill to deal with people should not be doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with this little store. They set aside the phone i desired from just a phone call. Walked in, a till was available, and we were off to the races. Super friendly, good for a couple laughs, and i had 2 phones upgraded in about 15 minutes. Very happy with their service. Previous visits they were always happy to offer advice. No pressure sales. Highly recommend.
