Absolutely no customer service what so ever. When i first walked into the store, I followed the new rules and used hand sanitizer. I made sure not to touch anything, and was waiting for the girl in the corner organizing product to acknowledge my existence as customers are no longer allowed to grab their own stuff. About 10 mins go by, still nothing until i finally hear someone come out from the back and without even saying hello rudely tell me to use hand sanitizer. I inform her that i have, and from there the interaction goes from bad to worse. Every question i had about their products seemed like such a pain for her to answer and that i was "wasting" her time. If i wasn't there buying products for a gift, I would've left without buying anything. I will not be shopping here again, and suggest to everyone to buy their Aveda products somewhere else.

The manager of this store, Sasha, shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards employees. I worked for her from August to September of this year. During my time there she neglected to submit my hire package which resulted in me not getting paid for any hours worked. When I inquired as to when I would be paid she ignored all calls, texts and emails, and then terminated my employment. At this point she has also refused to cooperate with HR to get me paid. I handed my hire package to her personally after I was hired and when I came in for a shift my package was sitting on the front desk with a strongly worded note written on it telling me not to leave my personal belongings at the front desk, even though I had handed it to her. So my sensitive information was left who knows where and for anyone to look at which is a huge privacy violation. I also find it appalling that the company as a whole has ignored this situation and not taken further action on the matter. Although it is within a companies right to terminate an employee within the first three months with no explanation, they have ignored employment standards and shifted the blame rather than doing the right thing and standing up for their employees.

The staff was very helpful. The products speak for themselves but the staff help you pick out what will work best for you.

Salesperson Sasha made me feel completely unwelcome by being rude, unhelpful and even aggressive. Very very strange experience, I will be contacting the head office with a complaint about her behavior. I understand that covid times are tough, but being rude in response to a simple polite question about the products offered is simply unacceptable.

Have always had excellent service here on the professional side. They really take care not to damage my hair and give great highlights using only a 10 volume. I never seem to need a toner on my blonde here either, must be the great products. The student side has been good more often than not too. Too bad I live so far away now!

I have used Aveda products for decades, however my experience today I will not. I went on Black Friday and bought many products. I went to also get the foundation and concealer which I have used before and the color the Salesperson chose for me was far too light. I went to exchange however they would not honor the price I paid. I shouldn't have to pay extra because the Salesperson sold me the wrong shades. The Salesperson today was absolutely rude and my experience was not a good experience. While I love many products I will not shop here again. Unfortunately very poor customer service.

The new staff is really friendly. I was really impressed with Sandi who helped me yesterday with my transaction, she was really patient to fix my account. She was polite and understanding. What I really loved about her was she made sure that I was going home with a smile on my face. Even if I spent so much she did not make me feel regret at all. Great meeting this new staff.
