★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like it's a "not my job" day at Sephora today. Bought a set and when I opened it one of the scents was empty. Looks like a manufacturer defect as the top was also missing. Unfortunately I'm 2 hours away from the store, called them and was given the wrong number for the support line. Found the correct number and they told me there was nothing they could do as it was purchased in store. Disappointing. Ugh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my wife recently and while she shopped I observed. I watched a few employees following a black woman who was browsing and obviously shopping for something but they kept approaching and asking her questions. She finally got tired of being stalked in store and left without buying anything. You know, crime stats showed the majority of shoplifting in Canada is done by white people. Bad move people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Sephora I’ve ever been too. Uneducated staff about online orders / pick up orders - always get the wrong products or old back stock already expired … and ALWAYS out of so many items. Do better Victoria Sephora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a bad experience in this Sephora before- however the last time in I left a bit frazzled.
I went in on my birthday and wanted to use a happy teen gift card I had just received.
I had lots of staff check in with me while I was browsing , which was nice.
My experience at the cash register wasn’t very nice.
I was trying to use the “happy teen” 50$ gift cards to pay for my products and it wasn’t working (I can understand maybe its tricky to use)- not a problem however it was the attitude of the two cashiers that left me feeling frazzled. The cashier beside mine kept looking over and telling my cashier “if it’s not working it’s because she already used it” .
I don’t know much about the card so I tried to politely point out the spot on the card that read “attn cashier please ring through as credit” but she insisted I needed to call the hotline on the card (I completely understand it’s not a problem ). She said she would get my my birthday gift after we rang in the products.
After the receipt came out she put it down on the counter and just walked away from the till abruptly.
LOL No birthday gift and a very weird customer experience.
I just would have appreciated it if maybe someone could have asked a manager about the card or maybe just didn’t storm off so rudely. That’s all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially we were intimidated as first time customers, and did not know how to navigate the store for what we wanted. However, Alicia was extremely helpful and time and time again kept on finding options and alternatives to our desired products. Her patience and recommendations were stellar. When checking out, Valentina was very kind and made sure that we were aware of all the benefits that came from setting up an account which she promptly did for us. Afterwards, she thoroughly explained each option for the free product that is gifted upon setting up an account. Overall a very pleasant and productive experience which was greatly due to the excellent customer service we were met with.
