★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Masa today for the first time (also first time at Chatters because I was hesitant after some reviews) and had partial Highlights done. She did an excellent job and the price was fair. I will go back when it's time to get my roots done and see Masa again. One negative about this Chatters is my husband has sent me there a dew times over the last few months to grab him Crew Fiber styling product and the display has been empty every time but still on the display...time to take it down and if you ever get stock put it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave one star just because there is no option for zero stars. I made an appointment for my wife a week ago for hair coloring with Ben. The salon texted me and then called me to confirm my appointment two days before. I have confirmed, and we both went to the salon. However, they said they have no time for coloring hair but only for a haircut which we didn't want. They didn't want to take us even we made an appointment. The funniest thing they asked us, do we want to make another appointment. I just don't understand how this salon is in the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my hair cut this weekend and the stylist said it’s not possible to do a dry cut on my hair even though multiple other hairstylist have cut my hair perfectly with a dry cut because that’s the only way I can achieve an even short bob. So I just let him do what he thought he does best and he rolled his eyes at me. Seemed like he didn’t have any general scissor skills because he poked my neck multiple times during the cut and my hair turned out very uneven. Will not be going to this location ever again.
