Much too big for my wrist however, and I could not figure out how to remove the extra links and was stuck finding someone open to adjust it. Even with Covid and me not purchasing the watch from Peoples, I was greeted with such kindness and a very helpful salesperson. Followed covid safety guidelines impeccably and he was so genuinely kind and helpful. Had it sized perfectly within minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Beautiful jewelry and very knowledgeable salespeople at this location. Fabulous selection of Canadian diamond earrings that I absolutely have to consider in the near future as well. If you need the "in store" experience, do not hesitate to visit this gem ? of a location.

I went in for my jewelry checkups and even though there was a lot the young gentleman at Mayfair mall in Victoria was patient, kind and did his job like the professional. I also purchased a ring a couple of weeks ago that had to be sized and it was in for me to pickup. What a great experience.

I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us, but she provided exceptional service. She was incredibly professional and helpful, and even complimented our rings. She advised that they would likely not be able to resize the ring (only due to it being of an unusual material) but sized both the ring and my fiancé's finger so that we could send it back to the person who made it for resizing. The fact that we were treated so well even when we weren't there to buy made it a great experience and we will definitely be returning to Peoples for anniversaries and the like.

Instead, it was send to Ontario where they misread the job and couldn't find any links anywhere. Thankfully it was eventually returned to me much later than promised. Customer Service was mediocre at best.
J	Jay Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i want to start with saying that peoples doesn't deserve any stars but can't post unless you give one. i bought my wife engagement ring in August and planned to get married Nov 11 21. $800.00 I spent on the ring, ordered it in August its now Nov 22 and still have not received the ring but have been charged for this ring twice so all together I've spent $1.600.00 on a $800.00 ring. said it was delivered but no signature no picture just the word of UPS. my account is now frozen because of Peoples J. if you want a ring DONT GO HERE THIS COMPANY IS PATHEDIC AND DOESN'T OWN UP TO ANY MISTAKES BUT WILL TAKE YOUR'E MONEY AND CHARGE YOUR'E ACCOUNT THEN SAY THAT THERE ISNT ANYTHING THYE CAN DO......
J	Jorja Papilion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend for jewelry repairs. Was originally quoted $65 and told it would take two weeks to be repaired. After two weeks I got a phone call saying it would cost double what was originally quoted to be fixed. Which is how much I paid for the necklace in the first place. Waste of time taking jewelry here. Take it to a reputable jeweller and save yourself time and money.
