β β β β β So I literally just left the store and was extremely disappointed by the staff. I had 10 items in my hand I for sure wanted to buy and not one employee even looked at me. I stood by the change rooms and no one appeared to let me in. Needless to say I put all the things I wanted to buy down and will not be back ever again to this location. Especially being someone who worked at Garage for 3 years I know this is not how they train their staff. Ridiculous.

β β β β β I had in mind exactly what I was envisioning; a short black jacket with faux fur around the hood, much like the jacket I used to own 11 years ago. The salesperson understood what I meant, pulled out two selections and told me about the coupon discount if I use the company app. She was also nice to allow a quick hold so I could fetch my boyfriend and kids for second opinion.
There was a comparable product at Dynamite for nearly double the cost, and at Sirens they have one that cost less but the jacket won't even pull around to fasten.
Overall, good sales experience. I don't come to Mayfair as much as I used to in decades past to shop at Garage but think I should start swinging by more often.

β β β β β Good selection, good prices and friendly staff. They give their obligatory speech about whatever sale is on, but then they relax and let you shop without hovering or being pushy. I can comfortably go in, browse and leave without feeling guilty for not buying anything and that's important for me to decide to go back. Only wish the lighting would be a tad brighter. I understand they're trying to set a mood, but as someone with really bad night vision I am legitimately unable to see in there sometimes.

β β β β β I love garage the clothes are awesome but I had a rude worker named Amber. I got a romper and when we were driving home I noticed there were no front hooks for the clips. So we had to drive all the way back and go to return it. Once we got there she grabbed of a new one and kept saying oh thatβs funny. When we left she hadnβt even gave us half of or $10 gift card for the inconvenience.

Instead of walking away empty handed (I needed the item ASAP) Morgan helped me find it in store (went above and beyond to find it may I add).
