★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff with a wide range of of clothing. I like that American eagle my high quality, affordable clothing that is also extremely stylish. They have everything from underwear to winter wear I love this store and will definitely be back after Christmas to cash in on some gift cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seemed friendly enough but I was not greeted once while I was in. Store was in awful condition, pictures hardly capture the magnitude of the dust bunnies. One or two is forgivable, but I barely wanted to take off my shoes in the fitting room it was that bad. Much better experience at aerie down the hall. (Strange since they are the same company)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Boxing day . My shipment was sent in three different packages. One package arrived. And the other two one i couldnt even track and the other one might be lost in transit. Talked to an agent online and was told i could get a refund. This agent didn't even wait for my confirmation if i wanted the refund and just went ahead and issued it. I get that the package i was asking about is techniqually lost to them but you should not refund someone without confirmation when they are still asking questions about. Then this agent proceeds to not tell me the items i am not getting and just says i sent the confirmation to you. Horrible service , didn't get one of packages that had the BULK of my order and now the other one might be lost in transit . Never ordering online from here again terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have amazing jeans that fit any body shape and size. Also, the jeans last a fairly lone time. However, the shirts are cheaply made and aren't built to last, the material fades rapidly. I'd recommend hang drying any cotton shirts from American Eagle, if you want your shirt to last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Team member helped my son pick out jeans that were apparently buy one get one and then when we got to the cashier they informed him that was not the case. We wasted our time and nobody cared that their own employee had made the misleading remarks and my son ended up paying full price for both. Management didn’t care to address the issue either. Very poor customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection! The store staff is friendly and inviting as I’ve come to be able to expect from AE stores. The store layout is kept pretty tidy and doesn’t feel dusty like some retailers can. The change rooms are large and there is rarely a lineup. Only gripe is the cashiers always seem to take a long time, I don’t know if this is because of their computers or just lack of experience!
