β β β β β Salesperson doesn't greet me at all, the products were placed way too close to the shoplifting sensors so the alarm keeps on going off even though I was nowhere near leaving the premises while I tried a jacket on. It's nice they have sales but not if nothing fits me. Trust me, I normally fit a small but I tried every jacket in their large and I can't pull close around my chest to zip.
What's annoying is I ran into my daughter's friend's mother and she has been trying out several items long before I set foot in the store and she hasn't been helped either. In fact the salesperson just stood there, eying at various people trying things. I saw people came in but walking out empty-handed because no one helped them or motivated them to purchase.
It's a huge shame. I remembered decades ago, this was one of my favorite go-to places because there were nice attentive staff worth returning to with clothes on sale that fitted perfectly. In fact, I still own original Siren clothing from over two decades ago which I still wear at work and still get mass compliments from co-workers and others. Whatever happened?

β β β β β I didn't like it, actually is aweful there are not clear when you return the clothes, they don't give you the money back and before paying the clothes they don't warn you. As well, last day that I shopped there and they actually gave me the money back when I returned the clothes. In this situaciΓ³n of covid-19 is the least they can do because they don't even have the fitting rooms open. Very greatfull to share my opiniΓ³n of this shop and hope this will change.

β β β β β If I would have known I could write a review for this store earlier I would have.
I bought two items and realized I actually didnβt need the second pair of shorts because I already had them! I went to return them two seconds after buying them. The βmanagerβ laughed in my face and told me she doesnβt do returns and that thereβs nothing she could do. I told her she just did my purchase? I didnβt even walk out of the store yet. Her other employee called me a βsilly white girlβ and I was asked to leave and smirked at because Iβm bothering them and harassing them.
I wonβt shop here and I love sirens. Iβve never been treated so poorly in any retail store. Quite confusing to why I was being treated so poorly?
Anyway, lost me and my husband as customers.

β β β β β Decent store. Clothes are usually overpriced for the quality unless there's a sale on. Staff can be hit or miss when it comes to customer service, the same goes for tidiness of the store. Never had a bad experience here, but I've never had a good one either. Just a bland in-between.

β β β β β I'm completely disappointed in the customer service here today, usually I love this place and bringing my friends there and reccomending this as a one stop shop but after today I will no longer.
I don't reccomend coming here unless you are okay with final sales even if clothings damaged by staff and you don't mind constantly not being told anything is a final sale/exchange only. You won't know until it's too late so unfortunate that I now can't come here anymore without feeling uncomfortable :/

β β β β β Greeted nicely every time I come in, clean organized store. Staff go above and beyond to see if they have a size I need if they donβt they show me similar styles, very helpful and kind.

β β β β β super cheap prices you can't go wrong here. I did wanna comment on the return.policy cause so many people are upset about it. first, exchange or store credit is standard at Most places. and 2nd,what do you expect when.you shop somewhere that's cheaper than ur local thrift shop?? these girls bust there balls with the amount of stock they get constantly. so if ur looking for great customer service, maybe try someplace more upscale.
