I so wish I could have bought my wedding band there today, solely because Yale gave my fiance and I such an amazing time in his store, we felt welcomed and wanted, while still not making us feel pressured. Really enjoyed my time in their today! I will defiantly be checking in their periodically to see if they end up getting the very particular ring I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the greatest experience here today! Aleta is the one who we dealt with and she was so genuine, helpful, and down to earth. She paid attention to what I liked about some of the pieces I was trying and made a perfect recommendation that I ended up leaving the store with. The other women that I briefly interacted with were also very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back next time I need something sparkly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store with a lot of variety and jewelry exclusive to Mayfair Michael Hill location. All the ladies seems to be nice but I love dealing with Raman.
She was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She has the most genuine advice I have ever seen in sales yet. Not like usual sales people trying to push the sale down your throat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I have to write a negative review, something I rarely do. I was looking to upgrade my engagement ring. I had been in the store twice and picked out a 10K ring that I was interested in and wanted to try on. I was told that it was being brought into the store so I could try it and hopefully purchase with an approved upgrade. I received a call telling me it was in and had an appointment booked. The day before my appointment, I received a call informing me the ring had been sold. They told me they would work on bringing another ring in, however I was so shocked that it had been sold when it was being brought into the store for specifically for my appointment, as that was the ring I had requested. I felt as though I was not being valued as a customer, or not taken seriously. Because of that, I have chosen to go elsewhere to find my dream ring, hopefully I'll have a more supportive, valued experience somewhere else, especially given I am planning on spending 10K +
