My experience with their customer service has been outstanding. They helped me recreate the jewelry my wife had stolen from her, which made for an unforgettable experience and surprise when I was able to get them for her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with pachulah and will never buy there again. My necklace lasted 4 months and it broke. I took it to the store and they said it was my fault for not keeping it clean. ALDO and TOPSHOP necklaces last longer than these! And after I took it to the store they told I could get 10% OFF my NEXT Purchase! 10% OFF! It was like a slap on the face! Completly disappointed on how they handled this issue. Was expecting better customer service and better product quality for the amount of money charged!

First off I walked in and their was one staff member working, her name is Gabi and she was about to go on a break but she insisted it could wait and that she wanted help me find two grad gifts. Gabi was excellent in every way! Her customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products she is selling. I really appreciate your help and suggestions A plus in every aspect!!! Learning the history of Pachulah and a little bit about the local couple that own the company kind of sealed the deal of my purchase! I bought two beautiful necklaces. Come check out this place it’s great and locally owned! I highly recommend Pachulah! Thanks again! I’ll be back soon.
