★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given a gift card for Swarovski and came in store to look at what I could spend it on as I dislike online shopping. The staff pretty much ignored me - laughing and talking among themselves without asking if I needed help - until I finally asked to look at something in a display case. The manager (a tacky, fake-blond woman) came over to unlock the case, hand me the pendant and turn back to continue her non-work related conversation. I asked for a price and that's when they found out I only had a $50 gift card, deciding I wasn't worth the little effort they were tossing my way. I could have easily spent more than the gift card was worth in the store that day but they were rude and arrogant. I ended up selling the gift card online for less than it was worth instead of giving any of my personal business to such a horrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On two separate occasions the manager (a dark haired woman, Sherri?) replaced my defective hardware and was so helpful finding a new option to suit my tastes. The products get tons of compliments, and my boyfriend and I are loyal to this location because of the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales people here really don't care about your business. You ask for help and they turn their nose up like they're too good to do their job and actually provide assistance. If I had the time to order online and not deal with the snobby woman I did today, I absolutely would have. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give 4 stars because the store is very beautiful. But my experience with the small lady last week was not great. Felt she’s bored because I tried a lot of jewelry for myself,she is not that helpful also and I can sense she is just after the sale if we will buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store, although I think that a repeat customer should be offered discounts on their next purchase in order to keep them coming back. Their staff is lovely, very polite and helpful yet they're not pushy
They definitely should get some commission since their prices aren't cheap and their wages aren't great. It's obvious who makes the money there :( great work ladies
