β β β β β Had a manufacturer defect with some oakley frames (rare occurrence with Oakley's). Jennifer was super helpful and pleasant. We had actually left the store and happened to walk by after and she flagged us down, as she had followed up on her end for manufacturer warranty. Amazing customer service. Thank you

β β β β β The woman who served me was amazinginly helpful. She even opened the store 10mins early as I was just standing outside waiting for it to open. She was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

β β β β β I am unsure what is with the strange reviews but there is a clerk there who fixed the bent nosebridge of my polarized Ray Ban sunglasses that I purchased from the Sunglass Hut in Bay Centre location. She also fixed the bent frames of an older pair of Ray Ban sunglasses I acquired from the 90s that were in my vehicle (she told me to fetch them as soon as she fixed my first pair). She explained to me she doesn't sell the parts to replace the nosebridge (plastics are disgusting yellowed from decades of use) but kindly suggest I seek out Iris (eyeglass store in the same mall) who may be able to help me.
Extraordinary service without any purchase. I felt bad for not buying anything, so least I can do is leave a good review. I will go back to them when I need to buy a new pair. Worked in retail in the past so I value and always return to those who help willingly.

β β β β β Really great customer service; she provided solutions for me to get the glasses I wanted. Very knowledgeable about the glasses. The store didn't have the glasses I wanted, but the customer service person ordered them and gave me discounts on both pairs of glasses I bought. Great in-store experience.

I havenβt asked their staff for help finding frames so canβt comment on helpfulness there. But itβs a nice, clean store (no longer a kiosk), with a ton of selection and friendly staff. And I love my new Maui Jimβs
