★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is much smaller than I expected, but still carries a fair number of items! I shop online at LL Bean a few times a year and love the quality of their clothing. My fave staples are the Oxford wrinkle-free shirts and fairaisle wool sweaters. I would have ranked the store higher if the selection was more broad. Honestly, it felt a little like Eddie Bauer, but LL Bean has so much variety they could have a much bigger store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new coat at LL Bean and it is a huge upgrade. Probably the highest quality coat I've owned. Extremely satisfied, love the amount of pockets. Warm inside lining, waterproof, well fitted hood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was too busy folding clothes to greet or help any of the half dozen customers in the store. Yes, they couldn’t even acknowledge customers existence! I don’t see this location lasting too long, which will be too bad. Reading the older reviews, this seems to be a common complaint. Store management and corporate should get their act together fast. This was from a visit March 30, early afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a really nice shopping experience. Even though I came in near the end of the work day, staff were friendly and quick to help me. The lady who helped me with finding shoes went back and forth to the back several times to help me find my size and make sure I was happy with the product. Thank you L.L. Bean, I love my new shoes!
