★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't shop here much, although I would if they carried my size. I am quite tiny and even the XS sizes are far too big and long for me. However, I do shop with and for my hubby here. Nice selection of men's clothing, albeit, a bit overpriced. Hard to get a staff member to help you and in all the times I've we purchased items there, haven't seen a cashier smile once. They always look annoyed, as if it were putting them out to ring in your purchase. The store used to be laid out quite nicely but now I find it a bit haphazard throughout and almost thrift shop like at the very back of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped here recently...used to love shopping here for my kids but I will absolutely never shop here again. The way they talked to me was borderline condescending and honestly super rude. Nobody appreciates being spoken to like they are stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location, won’t even honour a coupon that is valid in all three of their stores GAP, Old Navy and Banana Republic. It says no exclusions and this location excluded it from there location. As well as the coupon is supposed to able to be coupled with any clearance discount or current sale.
Pretty pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of my favorite brands. Good quality. I love their baby clothes, winter pants and jackets and all the pajamas. This store in very well located. There are special sales during the year. The only thing is the service that can be improved. Otherwise, is all good. I do recommend.
