D	Dan Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is trying too hard to be a boutique book store and appear high end. They even had a "record shop" inside the store. The old location downtown had a much better feel (maybe even cozy) even though it was much bigger. I did feel like a bad azz gangster walking in with no mask.

I found very helpful staff, specially Amanda who was a real profesional trying her best looking in the shelves and searched the Data Base to find a "Pocket Weekly Planner 2022" from GALLERY LEATHER MAINS. It is unfortunate that they did not have the product.... The bookstore is a very comfortable place and have an excellent selection. Happy Holidays!
R	Ryan Brodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is made for christmas. It seems to have so many hundreds of random types of random gifts for people you know well and those you don't. The kids section of this particular store is also quite good, with a wide range of books and clothes, as well as toys.

I purchased an item on the website and arranged for pickup here because it was listed as in stock at this store. Turns out that wasn't the case, which isn't a big deal. The problem I have is the store charged my credit card, but won't issue a refund. They claim cards aren't charged until the item is pulled from the warehouse and put aside. Since that never happened (they didn't have the item), they claim there wouldn't have been a charge to refund. My efforts to show the charge on my statement proved fruitless. I'm now in a long back and forth with online customer service, being asked to provide a lot of information for a mistake that wasn't mine. Forget the "pick up in store" option, not worth the trouble.

Yes it’s wonderful they sell gift ideas and have a great children's section, but I don’t go to Indigo to buy pots and pans, plants or crystals. I go there to shop for books. The fiction section has shrunk to such a small area for such a large store, especially in YA and Horror. There’s more authors than Dean Koontz and Stephen King; and please bring back the Horror YA books, they’re so fun to read.
A	April Gilliland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brand new, clean, and attractive looking store. It has several different rooms or areas by theme. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a staff member to help find something. There are some household goods like tea and cups and even some robes and socks that one might wear while reading. There are books for every different age and interest. It doesn't seem like books are very often on sale. But there are sales on household items from time to time. It is a nice addition to Mayfair mall and wonderful to not have it downtown anymore. There is free parking at Mayfair mall and usually plenty of it unless it is around Christmas. The store seems to be fully wheelchair accessible. The store is also right next to the bathrooms of the mall which are clean and new and seem to be fully accessible.
