★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to see if they had the puma X Sanrio shoes and I was greeted with glares. I did not ask staff cause they did not greet me. And when I left one made eye contact with not even an attempt at a smile. Not coming here again.

All the other employees were huddled together talking while there were tons of customers in the store..

They lied to me and I’m not happy my daughter is crying right now she’s so upset.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Staff don’t communicate. They don’t know how to do their job. Weren’t friendly. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism at a footlocker before. They don’t care about customer service. They don’t even try to go out of their way to help a customer out so that the customer is happy. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went in with my daughter and bought shoes for my son and her two girls. They wouldnt let me exchange one of girls shoes even though i had the RECEIPT. Wasnt only that..they were very unkind and didnt ask if we needed help. We had to go up thembecause it seemed like they were totally ignoring us! Yup ..after i seen them helping others or offering help to the people who were not dark skinned ! Nope i am bringing everything back and taking my buisiness elsewhere! Dont need to be discriminated against!!!!
