★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disapprove of the use of plastics and synthetic fibers in my overpriced clothing. Pants feel clingy and tickly, I occasionally try to wear one of their shirts and I can't wait to get it off after 10 seconds. The backpack I bought fits next to nothing and cost more than the Swiss Army it replaced (which I use again, inspite of holes)
There's also a faux-earthy feel about this place that feels gross to me. It feels fake and put on.
I'd like to see more hemp/linen (and not poly blends plz).
I also hold this chain 100% responsible for normalizing yoga pants in the workplace which has been objectively a terrible thing.
Hard pass from now on thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hello, no help, no one to let into fitting room, then when I needed a size, I opened the door, two employees were standing there and both saw me and both turned around and walked away.
They seemed more intrigued with getting their Starbucks order for the team then helping customers.
When I had finally got my clothes back on someone came and said someone had to told her “someone might need a size” - I told her “ thanks but I’m already dressed and she just “oh okay” and walked away happy.
I like Lulu Lemon, but it was really sad service.

My daughter had to return a pair of leggings that she ordered online because there was a stain on the thigh and when she showed them to the cashier they were super helpful and helped her order a new pair from another store!! Really great costumer service and super friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a pair of shorts to be replaced due to fabric quality. Was told it was my fault they had bad fabric and was not offered an exchange. Instead they took the shorts from me 3 weeks ago to be “hemmed” but I never got them back. So I’m out $80. This brand has lost all credibility with me considering the stole my shorts and told it me it was my fault

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal service. If you are returning or exchanging DO NOT say you tried it on at all. They will weasel their way out and tell you tough luck! My mistake for shopping here though. Never again haha

Let's hope you don't have an issue with any item because you won't be pleased with how it's handled. Service is horrific to try & reach anyone by phone, email or online especially & policies have all changed. Very unfortunate. This used to be my favorite brand & now I refuse to support them.
