★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had occasion to deal with Estee Lauder's rep who I will call "S"
- the initial of her name tag. I was returning a purchase I had bought online. I had the receipt from my email order which had the order number, and my address. I handed "S" the purchase and the email receipt and asked if I could please return the product. Even though I was clear about a return, she asked me what I wanted to exchange it for. I reminded her that I had clearly, calmly ,and politely asked for a "return". She told me that the paper was invalid because there was no order number. I pointed out the order number. She then tersely said "ID". No "please". No "To help me out/ could I have your address". The only person who can demand ID in the manner in which she tersely demanded it is the police. It turns out all she wanted was my address which was also on the order sheet I handed her. With much fanfare she looked at the email receipt and found the address she required. Finally, the return was processed. This is not the first experience of poor customer service I have had with Mayfiar Bay. If I deal with The Bay at all in the future it will be downtown Victoria. If were possible to give a negative rating on this review, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping at stores like this at Christmas time can always be a challenge. While it looks like they have a great range of products, at this point they are almost cleaned out of many of them. Finding things in the right size can be a challenge, fortunately they have an online option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can they please extend their closing time on Sundays to 7pm? It would do a world of good for busy folks who literally have just one day to shop. Too many nice things, little shopping time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nothing in store they r trying to get ppl to shop on line and items in store need to be updated, the sizing on things like Levi jeans is not very good who ever is the buyer for the store needs to get some shorter lengths in pants not everyone is 6 feet tall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I want to give a shout out to a customer service rep at Mayfield Mall Bay yesterday. Leo was working in the ladies shoe department. He was so polite and helpful. He assisted us in finding a great pair of shoes and handled our purchases with skill. Leo is quite simply, a consummate professional. The Bay is lucky to have him. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m devastated I didn’t get her name, but the lady working at the watch servicing desk yesterday (April 20th) at 3:30 was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable! I needed my battery replaced in a vintage watch and she went above and beyond just replacing the battery. She gave me some awesome recommendations on caring for my watch and suggestions and fixes I could do to make it like new! If her manager sees this, give her a raise!!
