★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had numerous top quality experiences with this store. From sales staff to management the vibe in the store is great. Even though they have the "big store/chain name" they feel very much like a personable "Mom & pop" shop that cares about you, not only the sale. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got over charged for a necklace. They called me 30 minutes later asking me to come back to put the over charge back on my card. By that time I was already an hour away. I came in they said they weren't sure if they wanted to call me back or ignore it. No apology..nothing. very rude. Very unprofessional.

We were headed to emergency when someone suggested ALJ, we popped in just before closing and they quickly, carefully & painlessly cut my rings off, saving us a lengthy ER visit with our newborn. They were so lovely, thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got engaged with a gorgeous ring from the store in Mayfair. And it needed to be resized. While I was not looking forward to having it go away so soon the ladies assured us I would have it back in a few days. Which was wonderful. We dropped it off on a Sunday and not but a few hours later my fiance was called and told the ring was ready for pick up. I must say I am so unbelievably impressed with the resizing and the speed in which they were able to complete it. Wonderful customer service. Thank you. ?
