L	Linda Van Der Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed. I've been on the hunt for a good salon, I'm very picky I like nail art, so this is about the 5th Salon I've tried in Victoria. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted Jos, my nail tech, did such an amazing job, exactly what I wanted. My pedicure was one of the best I've had it lasted an hour at my feet felt terrific. I would highly recommend this place.

She was not even listening what i was saying she was busy in talking to some other girl in their language. she applied some other colour on my nails which i dint even asked for. Such a pathetic customer service. never going again

My sister got a great manicure just as she wanted, I switched to a pedicure and even with my broken toe I was so well taken care of!! Tina did my pedicure and she was so gentle around my foot and kept checking in, ensuring I was comfortable with what she was doing, and so my anxiety that she'd bump my broken toe disappeared. She was amazing! The service was excellent and I love my pretty toes!! Our niece got acrylic nails and had all the time she needed to choose her colour. Eventually she chose a beautiful, simple pattern from a photo she pulled up on her phone and the 'nail artist' did an incredible job! Our niece said this is the best acrylics she's ever had!! We all felt amazingly catered to, attended to and accommodated throughout our time there. I would most definitely recommend these lovely people and their genuine customer service!

A	Amanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here whenever I needed a gel mani/pedi (sometimes both) but found them to be a hit or miss. Often times, my manicures were so streaky and the cuticles weren’t trimmed properly. With some nail techs, my nails turned out great and the others, I could’ve done a better job doing my own nails. I kept going there because the owner was super nice and friendly until they started making me and my friend wait for about 15-20 minutes every time even if we had booked an appointment in advance. The last straw for me was when this lady complained about my NATURAL nails. At first, she was gushing to me about how I had such nice nail beds and how healthy my nails were. Then when she started painting them, she kept complaining about how my “nails have a nice natural shape but it’s super hard to paint them because they’re so narrow”. She also said the colour I chose was hard to work with. She complained throughout the appointment. She was saying this in her language of course. Little did she know, I’m half Vietnamese and could understand most of what she was saying. I find this super rude and plus with the usual waiting time despite making an appointment beforehand, I stopped going to this nail salon.
E	Emily Mudrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment on the phone for acrylics and a pedicure, and I had called the day before so they had notice. Day of I arrived a few minutes early to check in, they were not prepared for me, it was almost as if I had not called at all, and I was made to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be even slightly attended to. The nail design I wanted turned out nicely, but it took way longer than anticipated. My original appointment was at 4:30pm and it was 6pm by the time we were halfway done, I asked if there would still be time for the pedicure I had asked for at the beginning seeing that they close at 7. I think my question was misunderstood, but what ended up happening was I got the pedicure but I was there until 7:30pm. And all the employees left, except for the one attending me, and I was the only costumer. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I ended up cutting my time short, else I would've been there for another 30 minutes. I had to walk alone through the empty and closed mall to my car that I almost couldn't get to because the security guards were locking the doors. Luckily I got back to my car. I scheduled an appointment the day before, and I had wasted a whole evening for a quality of product that did not last for more than a day. The look and quality of the nails started to deteriorate very quickly, and the nails started to hurt quite badly so I had to take them off within the week. I went somewhere else for that, because I felt uncomfortable coming back here. Yeah would not recommend :/
K	Kat Palmateer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this place can be 'hit or miss.' Sometimes I leave thinking the work was incredible and other times I feel like my mails got done by some still learning. I have found the wait to be up to 45 mins when arriving on time to am appointment, while folks walking on can get seen quickly. If you like to gamble, this place will be great for you. If you win- it's truly worth it.

I keep coming back to this place because it’s good quality, good value, the people that work there are really friendly, no snotty attitudes. Ya it’s not super new and flashy but I personally prefer it over a lot of other places. I recommend this place.
