Wasted an hour of my time coming back and there was barely an apology let alone any effort to make me feel like a valued customer whose time they wasted by not paying attention to a basic part of the job. I'll be going online or to best buy for future purchases.

I understand they probably are asked that alot but some professionalism would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gross attitude for management- patronizing and dismissive, would hate to go there as an uncertain parent or shy/unsure customer- last 3 visits have left me feeling like some annoying burden rather than a customer. Short answers, no offer for help or product lookup, didn’t even look at me when she replied. My least favourite store to visit, bad vibes behind the counter.
