★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sweet store. HUGE variety of stuff! Been in here a couple of times (they even have Pokemon cards). The owner is probably one of the coolest local game sellers in town. The only downside is, I understand the fellow is local and needs to make a profit but, he technically undercharged for a quote that he gave me over the phone. It was ten dollars less than what he told me, but regardless I was calling a couple of places to get a decent amount because I didn't want to sell them on UsedVictoria anymore as I'm trying to save for a new heater, blah blah blah. I know getting a quote over the phone isn't 100% (I work in a local electronics store so I know), but it would've been nice to get a compromise. I was too tired to negotiate and it took me forty minutes to bus down there. Overall, it's a sweet store and always support local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to purchase a video game that my son desperately wanted to get. Originally thought the game didn't work, and the staff member (owner?) was super great about getting us another copy and making sure it worked before we left. Got home to discover the problem was with our old console, not the games at all. My son was devastated, but the store was incredibly accommodating and offered a generous solution which solved everything. Amazing customer service helping a young gamer get up and running. Definitely recommend this store, and we'll be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place they are so nice and helpful! I traded in my wii-u for a Nintendo Switch and ended up saving so much with the store credit and ordering from them. It took about a week and I had my Switch faster than I thought! The console packaging was damaged slightly so she gave me a controller to go with it for compensation. So kind and so wonderful! Also Gizmo is so cute give him lots of pats!

Super courteous, very knowledgeable, incredibly cooperative with my limitations (trade in values when i was a kid). Please support these guys instead of your local gamestop, you can't go wrong doing it. Thanks for being such a great owner, Adrian!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local game shop, smaller selection on some retro consoles. Head on in and trade your games so they have more for my next visit.
Walked out with a desirable game and a marked down controller as it was discolored. Was told they have a 30 day guarantee, so I'm happy with that deal!
I'll be coming back, so make sure you go trade your games in so I can buy them ?
