They have a friendly and knowledgeable customer service team that can help you solve many of the technical challenges faced in our rapidly evolving modern-day society.

(After an unfriendly and unprofessional experience in the Oliver Source Store), we came into the Osoyoos Source Store and my question for my cellphone was unique- Michael was so quick to understand me finding a #whatchamacallit" - that "thingymabob" for my microSIM card. Thank you for knowing your stuff! Michael made my day! Go see Michael!

Kai was able to help me get my new phone working, transferring data from my very old device. He was patient and kind with his time. I cannot say enough about what this meant to me. I will be back!! Kai is the Guy!

Every time we've gone to them for technical advice they have done all they could, willingly, or referred us to someone more knowledgeable. Excellent customer relations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in looking for a "genius" to help us figure out how to hear the ring-tone on our new phone. Within seconds the switch had been toggled and we were ready to receive calls. We think it was Brian (?) who helped us, and we thank him and The Source for instant help. Good guys there......please visit them for help and product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a not-so-simple problem that was for the most part self-inflicted. Aaron was patient and went more than above and beyond to help me out, which he certainly did not have to do. Between endless phone calls and emails, he was finally able to figure out my problem, which again had nothing to do with them. Excellent job and customer service.
I’ve also had occasion to deal with other members of the crew (mainly D’Arcy) and will say they are also fantastic.
I highly recommend this store!
