I called my local Lordco in Osoyoos and they delivered the right parts to me in a very timely fashion and for a great price. I will for sure use Lordco for my auto parts from now on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some car troubles on our trip to see our family for the holidays, and kept breaking down. Every mechanic was closed, except for this Lordco. Not really expecting much, as we thought the car would need a lot more repairs then what Lordco normally does, however, we stopped by just in case. Upon entering we talking with some of the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable about our issues, leading us through the potential problems with the car, and thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know. They even helped us actually repair our car, even though it wasn't a service they normally provide. Their staff went above and beyond in helping us, and were amazingly kind throughout the process, even letting us cool off in their air conditioning to avoid the 40 degree heat before we even knew we needed their services. Not only did they save our trip, as we likely wouldn't have made it without their help, but I personally know a lot more about my car then I did before, and I know what they taught me will come in handy again. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help with their car, and sincerest thanks to those who helped us see our family. Especially the main man we worked with, Scott, we still greatly appreciate the help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good old-fashioned service. I went in to ask if they had a product to clear clouded headlights and the sales associate came out and tried a sample on my truck to make sure it worked. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all staff shouldn’t roll their eyes at customers. Lordco is the most expensive store to buy anything automotive. They sell some identical items as Canadian Tire and charge 30-50% more. SERIOUSLY. When are you going to stop playing games.
Uneducated staff for the most part.
You scam ordinary people with outrageous prices on many items.
NEVER SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!
