★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with an overheating engine at 6PM, just after the shop had closed, and was helped for well over half an hour to make sure I was safe to get back on the road. Amazing service. Sadly I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me out, but super grateful for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is still alive. These guys are amazing. The one guy stayed open well past “close” and came in 2 hours early to try and help racers in trouble at area 27. True parts stores and guys are not common but can’t speak highly enough of this Lordco.
