If you need worming meds they will sell it to you for your puppy. Very nice staff there. Was happy with my service.

Brought our dog here and they took great care of him they gave him a full check up and fixed his teeth and gums. Very professional and personable doctors. The price was very fair too.

Well, we are kind of in shock. We are out of province and found ourselves needing a vet to euthanize our elderly dog. This clinic told my husband when he called that they only take care of THEIR patients. How's that for compassion????

Well, The Doctor is a very fine person, and this is not about him but couple of years ago, I bring my little dog to cut his nails, and the girl was doing it, make him cry and bleed, not just one nail, but almost all his nails. I was understandable upset, and they didn't even apologize, but for the opposite, the secretary, was very rude, and told me that if I didn't like it, I could never came back, I think when you have an upset client ( I want to remark, that I never said any bad word, but certainly I was hurt at that moment) you need to be very polite and kind, so your client, comes back. Regardless, I called them just two days ago for the rabies vaccine of my dog, and the secretary recognizing me, told me very sarcastic, that I should remember how upset I was two years ago, and invent that I was rude with the staff, she is lying, I don't hold in negativities, if you don't have emotional intelligence as a business host, well you should NOT work in Customer Service, it seems that I always need to smile even if I am hurt so people can deal with their own emotions, she holds resentments, and I was so innocently thinking that they were professionals, a kind place, I did't even thought, that one thing is mix with the other, it will be nicer if you say to your client something like...hey, you decide to keep TRUSTING your dog to us..thank you so much! This will be to much to ask to people who lives in the past and keep enjoying bleeding the other, what a nice sense of community. Meditate about it, there is no need to hurt someone trust. Meditate and please, reconsider your emotional intelligence by letting go, and keep on smiling to your clients, regardless if they may be upset by your negligence, and remember, we are living times where compassion and understanding should be holding us together, rather than try to push others down so your ego can feel better. Issues are issues, solve them nicely, they doesn't make us, don't hold in them, LET THEM GO. You loose the chance to give service to a beautiful dog, and to solve the past. Good Luck!
