J	Jennifer Goulden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, helpful staff. Our animal had to be put down after a long illness. They had a comfort room ready with our pet's name on it. A couch and Kleenex for us. Cozy cat bed for our cat. They gave us the time we needed to say good bye. Multiple burial/cremation options as well as paw prints taken. It made a very sad day a little better.

Although covid did not allow us to go into the building I felt totally confident in handing my little man into thier care. Everything was explained thoroughly and costs were reasonable. Jyn thanks you and is recooperating well.

As a result she was not anxious and was co-operative during her appointment. Also I heard folks laughing happily. I think that happy people do a better job. I also was impressed with the summary of my dog's health issues.

I highly recommend her to anyone with exotics The receptionists and techs are the kindest! They're always caring and their love for pets shows!

From the moment of booking the appointment as a new patient, to the actual visit was amazing. Everyone is so kind and compassionate, the animals are treated like it was 1 of their own. The doctor took all the time that was needed to do a full exam and answer any/all my questions. I never felt rushed, in fact everyone made me feel very comfortable since I was a bit anxious myself. For any and all fur baby parents, this is the place that you want to bring your animals to!!
