★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to the Telus store in Oliver to upgrade my iPhone from an 8 to a 12. Tiffany was very friendly, patient and informative and made the entire procedure completely painless and simple. And by simple I mean she did absolutely everthing, right down to pairing my Apple Watch with my new phone. Thanks so much Tiffany. You were a real pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a number to call because my wifi keeps going in and out ,there was alot of people in the store and I don't like saying my private information out loud in stores anymore due to fraud.It would have been nice to have some more customers support in this matter however store was so full.

My experience today with Tiffany at the Tom Harris Cellular-Oliver Place Mall was truly exceptional! Tiffany was so very patient with me, she was so kind, knew the product inside/out AND you know what else? Tiffanynew exactly what I wanted - The PINK IPhone13 - WOW - after almost two hours, of transferring data and me, trying to remember or reset passwords- Tiffany, to me, you went above and beyond to help me with receiving a brand new PINK phone, I'm in heaven, and grateful to her for her assistance. Thank YOU Tiffany, you're my girl, girlfriend ?
