S	Shawn Vernon-Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst customer service of any pharmacy I deal with. Inexplicably terrible, I don't know why I kept giving them chances for so many years. Please don't waste your energy even if they are the only pharmacy in town open late. Just not worth the consistent aggravation.

W	Wayne Fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Diane Fraser and I have been checking with Shoppers in Oliver and Osoyoos since the second week in October for flu shots. Oliver pharmacy was always “No!” “No out of province flue shots available”. It wasn’t until yesterday that the Osoyoos Shoppers pharmacy were nice enough to finally explained that there are flu shots that are paid for that are for BC residences and then there are “other shots” for out of province that have to be paid for. Which makes me wonder what kind of shots do us aliens get. AND especially when there are so many snowbirds every year to count as aliens. It was so nice when we were able to walk into Pharmasave and be welcomed with an appointment within a couple days to get our shots and actually treated not as a foreigner from another country. Don’t get me wrong, BC people first, but it has been almost 2 months and no need to be rude.

But...the pharmacy staff except for the one pharmacist are very unconcerned how long you wait to have someone help you. Picking up a prescription...better bring lunch. There could be at times 4 or 5 working behind the counter. No one looks up, no one says just a moment. When they are good and ready they will come and help Sad but true

He was enforcing government guidelines and as a health care professional was trying to protect his customers & staff. Between this incident and the high school intimidation it is truly hard to believe this could happen in our town of Oliver !

She treats everybody with zero respect. Moreover, the pharmacy will contact you saying your prescription is ready when in fact it is not. Go elsewhere, please!

She has a horrible attitude, she clearly thinks her time is far too valuable to help customers. She has no issues completely disrespecting you and wasting your time. She seems to forget she is there to serve and help customers. You will be straight up ignored here, you will have to wait hours for one small script after being told its ready! Lets hope you don't have to return on a regular basis, they will not uphold your refil schedule. If you need a script Monday, they will not fill it the night before to ensure its done. You will show up Monday morning and be told to wait 2 hours. They are not accommodating at all! Only one who is polite and does their best is SHARMA. Poor guy has to carry everyone's weight and then gets the hate from customers who are fed up with everyone else because he's the only one who will even acknowledge you or listen.

Numerous times I’ve had prescriptions sent here by my doctors and almost every time I need to get it sent again because they didn’t have it. And then when they do they don’t fill it until I call and ask. It’s really something! Every other pharmacy gets my prescriptions and fills them and then I get a call saying it’s ready! Service is also unfriendly. Save yourself a headache and ago ANYWHERE ELSE for your pharmacy needs.
