Some of the veg seem wilted, it isn't an issue as I usually collect vegetables more than once a week and use them fast. The marked down or last day items must be used within a day but I make soup so if I purchase off that shelf I know to use that day. Staff have always been helpful I shop there each week

Only good for the odd non parishable item This is the last Loblaw affiliated store I'm willing to spend a penny In. Drive to Penticton Quality is more a thing doing the 45 minute drive

M	Mike Hartman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a valid Medicial exemption for not hearing a mask, I went shopping here a few days ago, with no mask, no one bothered me till I got to the checkout. The cashier asked me if I had a mask, I told her no that I have a Medicial exemption and she was ok with it, thought I was about to kicked out of the store. But no, cool, I used the self check out and was on my way. I had had some problems with rude cashiers before here but not about the mask, about the self checkout where they won’t let you use it with a cart, apparently it’s a new store company policy. But yet the pendiction Superstore has no such rule? Go figure.

I have an auto-immune disease and have been allowed to use self-checkout throughout the pandemic (I have talked with staff & managers). I use the smallest cart as my first interaction with, Wendy was horrendous. Now, today… equally as horrific. She’s rude and cruel. Has no empathy or understanding for those in higher danger of contracting Covid. She wouldn’t even let me get my words out. Viciously belittled me and was proud to do so as a front manager “go shop somewhere else” she ordered me. So embarrassing… I wish I could. The photo I included is what happened as I was packing my groceries. Pushing people through the line despite vulnerabilities & Social distancing. I guarantee if I was older, I’d have been treated more respectfully… or if my husband was with me.
