M	Madz GM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience at this spa. I had body massage, facial, foot acupressure and pedicure done. Loved and enjoyed all the treatments but I would say, foot acupressure is kinda interesting. She felt a specific pressure point on my feet that is related to an ongoing condition I’ve had for more than a year now. I wasn’t prepared to have that discussion at that time but did mention about it later on. Nail polish lasted over a month even with almost nightly soak in the hot tub. I finally had to trim my nails as the new nail growth is taking over the color of the polish. I love the ambience, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Definitely my go-to spa!

I politely asked to use the bathroom she obviously assumed I knew where it was which I did not and finally pointed and said "It's right there" in an irritated tone. Talk about nickel and diming! I had a gel manicure that needed removing. It took forever for it to be removed - the proper tools would have made it a lot speedier and $20 bucks for removal. That's a bit steep. I wanted to treat my best friend to a mani/pedi before her wedding I did not think that it would cost me nearly $400!!! I wish I had known their prices before I went in. They tack on an extra $20 for gel polish on top of the already overpriced "deluxe" mani/pedi. Ridiculous. Sure it's a nice clean spa and the ladies providing the service were friendly, polite and professional but it's no Four Seasons. I will NEVER go back. The place in the Westshore Mall does a great job they are clean, friendly, fast and a fraction of the price.

I will definitely be a lifetime customer ? thanks for providing a safe, clean, and professional space for people to relax and de stress!!! Will be back soon!

Not only did they refuse to help solve the issue, they were rude and short instead of compassionate and understanding. When asked to speak to the owner, I was told she doesn't speak much English and doesn't have time to talk to customers.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating and my girls asked to come back 100 times! They also offered to take pictures and a video and can now view our memorable experience. Thank you so much!
