★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just signed up with Telus because my other provider wasnt havent good speeds. Now my internet speed is literally 10 times faster. The Person at the counter and Dave the technician were very helpful. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve waited an hour to just get into the store the other day to get a new plan. Once I got in it took 2 freaking hours to get the plan started and guess what?! I already paid and my account doesn’t have that money!!! I’m back again today and no one is here even though they should’ve been open 20 minutes ago. I BET THE STAFF MISTOOK WHAT TIME TELUS OPENS!! Supposed to open at 10 but I’m betting they thought they open at 11. GREAT I’ll be wasting another hour of my life hats never coming back. I already wasted 6 hours yesterday at home and here just to try and figure out what’s wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was *zero* help with a warranty issue. I purchased from them out of country, while on holiday, and they said the only way to honor the warranty was live in their store. No receipt information over the phone or offer to mail the product back to them, with receipt was apparently acceptable. They just kept repeating, " When you come back into the country, if it is within the year, and bring it to the store, we can help you, otherwise there is nothing we can do." Nowhere on the receipt does it stipulate anything of the kind. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give me to them. I spent fifteen minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue, intimating I was not going to spend $300 to get back to their country just to return a $45 item, and they should stand by their products and sales and honor their warranty within reason. I had the receipt and it is well within 14 days of purchase. I purchased the product at what I thought was a professional business, and had it installed by them to find the installation and product they sold both failed, and instead of apologizing, they are completely ripping me off with nothing outside of a bad review to resolve the issue. (Which it doesn't.) I'd just like to join those voicing that this location of Telus is absolutely unreputable. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

I was in and out with my husband’s phone back up working and on my plan. Thank you so much. ? A very happy customer.

I understand that working in retail makes you want to put up walls in personality for your defence from people which is fine and understandable.But have the common sense to realise that you don't have to do that with everyone and try to be polite with human beings, I mean seriously, You guys are selling just phones, Phoness!!! The way the staff responded to my questions and then the manager who stepped in was like they just wanted me out of the store.You lost a customer today. But willing to comeback if my query is heard and if customer service and management improves by a LOT. Also Thank you for reading this review and i hope this helps you with your next purchase.
