★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had incredible customer experience at this store. Recently upgraded to a new phone and had difficulty transferring things over from android to iPhone. Chris A. was super patient and helpful and smoothly transferred everything for me without any problems. I tried to go to the Rogers store to do this, but the people were not very friendly or helpful. I also picked up a new phone case and was able to try on different ones. Thanks Chris A. for helping me pick out a new case and transferring my stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christopher Ying, the sales manager, is AMAZING!! He is definitely my go-to. I've already got my phone from him as well as my husband, my mom and my dad! Each and every time was beyond my expectations and he will try his hardest to find the best promos and savings! Most place I've encountered try to sell you random add on and pretend like you're saving money, when you're not...and they say one thing and no actions are taken. However, Chris is transparent, honest, and follows up on his words which is what I appreciate so much! Not only that, he is quick, friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes the process of buying phones pain free and enjoyable:) Definitely will go to him again and will be recommending him to all my friends! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter here to get her iphone repaired after her screen got damaged and was really blown away by the great customer service. Deepender worked hard to mitigate the repercussions of not having iCloud backing things up:( he really did go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Didn’t feel pressured or up sold either. He made me feel like he genuinely just wanted what was best for me. Will definitely be going back here in the future!
