★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough gloves provided for workers so that they can change them for each customer. Prices have increased so Im not sure why they cant be supplied for the safety of workers and customers. Also better masks should be provided due to such close contact. Felt very unclean and unsafe. Wont be going back anytime soon if they stay negligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had good experiences at this place before but today (18 May 2018) I had the most horrific eyebrow threading experience ever. There were two young women there and the one who did my eyebrows was likely learning on me. I ended up with two different eyebrows and one of them wasn't even shaped like an eyebrow. I told them that I did not want thin eyebrows but that's what I ended up with. It is even more upsetting because I'm going to a family event tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked if they did lash tinting, the woman on the other end said that they did and it would take about 10 minutes. I showed up and the woman working there said she had no idea what I was talking about, and basically kept saying "just brows just brows" over and over until I gave up and left. I made sure that I called the right place so I'm not sure why this happened but it didn't leave me feeling very happy with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the worst place to get your eyebrows threaded. The girl with the glasses and orange brassy hair did an atrocious job. If you’re looking to get the opposite shape of what you’ve asked for, this is the place for you! After I confronted her about the shape, not only did she deflect and deny, she laughed behind her mask at how visibly upset I was at the shape of my eyebrows. I’m astounded by the lack of professionalism. If you’re someone who is extremely cautious about who can do your eyebrows, let me just say, this is the last place you want to go. I’ve certainly had my fair share of mediocre threading in the past but none to this extreme. It was almost like she completely disregarded what I had explicitly said. I did not think there was any room for misinterpretation as I had mentioned it several times. The current shape of my eyebrows reminds me of what my eyebrows looked like in high-school. It looks like I did my own eyebrows with a pair of tweezers and tweezed way too much. It’s THAT bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Kurves brow bar approximately three days before my wedding, location was Mayfair mall. Aman the stylist was helpful in teaching me how to set up an appointment, and helped me feel comfortable getting my brows done. She kept good time and stayed professional even when the booked appointments were checking in early. I would come back again given the chance.
