The pharmacy here used to be excellent. Now not so much. They consistently lose my prescriptions, have entered in dosages incorrectly and won't fix it, and half the time the prescription isn't even filled when it's scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately I've had to switch pharmacies. Too bad some of the staff are quite nice.

Just got my booster shot here, done by Paul. I gotta tell ya, it was a most wonderful and delightful experience. Paul knows what he's doing, he is absolutely ? phenomenal. Thank you, Shoppers.....for having such an incredible team member!!!!

The staff of this place seems to be instructed by some short sighted thinking boss who think that is important to bother tourists taking pictures of products to share with their family to decide which one to buy. There, they think that a spy would use his cellphone instead of a hidden camera. Furthermore they don't mind earning one star here because of that unpleasant approach.

I went in to buy something from the cosmetic section of the store. Was not aware that I could not browse the rest of the store with my item (which was only $12). Had the person working the cosmetic section come towards me, grab my item out of my hand and then inform me that I have to pay for that with him. I have no problem with settling up at the cosmetic counter but he could have informed me of that before I left his section or when he came up to me he could have, at the very least, not grabbed the item out of my hand. Very poor way to treat your customers. Will not be back.

This store has consistently been going downhill so much so that I’m done with the pharmacy & shopping here. Prescriptions are never ready on time & most of the time they never have the entire quantity & never call or text whdn the remainder is in. The store is unkept & stock lies all over the floor. If you want a special you have to search through boxes to find it if it’s even in stock. Sadly the cleanliness is terrible & there’s no sense of making a trip here for anything. Staff isn’t friendly at all or interested in helping. Yesterday I was told just find it yourself. No one here seems to care at all.

Consistently never fill prescriptions on time. I verified with my doctor when prescription was sent and separately verified with Pharmacy that they received it. Over 5 days later it still wasn’t filled. This has happened like clockwork every 90 days. I’ve had to time my prescription re-fills to compensate for their incompetency.

I wrote a very long and detailed review in anger about the poor quality of the staff, after a incident that happened which I was angry about. But I must now delete what I wrote, even though alot of it was based on my honest experiences. Now I must add when I came in a few days after, the staff wanted to clarify any of my confusion or concerns and was very professional about making right my concerns and I now feel that I was much to strong on my complaints towards the pharmacist and the technicians. They were extremely professional about addressing my issue and problems on the matter and I want to let people know that if there is any mistakes or issues, give them the opportunity to explain or address your concerns as they did for me. Great pharmacy team at the shoppers uptown location... :) .

While shopping for beauty products, I was told if I spend more, I would qualify for a free gift that came with 40000 points. I didn’t have my points card on me but was told if I bring in my card within 10 days, I will receive the points. This is what I did, but the 40000 points never showed up on my account. I returned for the third time and asked for a manager. The cashier told me that there wasn’t a manager on duty, which was very strange. I waited a short while and a manager did show up to speak to me. This manager told me that his staff made a mistake telling me that I would receive these points and since the staff member no longer worked for the company, he could not help. Needless to say this is horrible customer service. Not only do they not train their staff, they do not fix the problems their under trained staff cause. Very disappointed!
