Place is clean and there is a mall parking lot as well. It's not too crowded and checkout lines are usually quick. Great value and great experience
C	Cate Glynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Vision Centre, the contacts fitting was done at the Mill Bay location, and Leena was very thorough and down to earth. She certainly knew her stuff. I picked up my contacts at the uptown Victoria store. It took quite a while to have them shipped between stores, but the product and prescription are just fine. Assistants at the Victoria shop were distracted but when they did approach me, were very pleasant and friendly.
T	TripleK7s 999 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Growing up in a small community I always thought that supporting the smaller businesses were the right thing to do however with Walmart I've grown to know that they're always going to have the best prices and if they don't have what you need they will ensure to have it next time or sooner for you. I find that they will always commit to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied no matter what the situation, expectation online or in store. Thank you!
*	*** Sumbl1ss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is the end of til 4 a meeting room? Sometimes I can’t get out of the til, I can’t bag. They’re always standing there. 2-6 workers. That’s their desk. COVID is not the time for that.
W	Wild Barefoot Gypsy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 2 floors. As escalator specifically for your shopping cart to ride solo next to you up to the second floor. Bring your own bags. We've been twice and they were out both times... but I'd expect that was due to the holidays. Their self checkout is big and moves pretty quick. Had no problem finding an employer when needed. Lots of seemingly abandoned restocking carts blocking aisles though. Could have just been the time of year but I counted 9 in the foods section alone. Hard to dodge them when there's people everywhere. It's a busy spot but you yet what you need.

Very spacious, pretty busy, not as many vegan items as some other Walmart locations. Lots of parking underground or above ground. The ceilings are really high so it feels like a big space.
A	Arvind Tirkey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all know wallmarts are good, and this one is good too with all items and quality, but toilet is dirty, stinky. Customer service is worst. I was new in Canada hence I did not have a credit card. I used cash to buy very expensive items like mattress, blender, microwave, iron, toaster, floor lamps, etc. My wife forgot to take the receipt and the cashier did not remind her or gave the receipt. I realized that without the receipt no warranty would be honored. Next day, I went back to ask for the receipt, all at the customer care refused to find it even thoughI gave them the time period of 15 minutes when we did the purchase and the expensive items that we bought. They kept saying it is not possible to find the receipt. I said i need to talk to the manager Brad Bester. But he is a crook. He either has strongly told his employees to not let any customer meet him, or he does not stay in the store. An old dirty looking man came saying he is the manager and said he will look for the receipt. He went at the back of the customer care office and did not come out for more than 30 minutes and then the other person came and said that he could not find the transaction in the time frame that i gave them. Really? They could not find mattress of more than 200$ and a blender of more than 150$ and a slow electric cooker of more than 250$? Shame on the manager who sends old fake guy who pretends to be the manager and shame on the other customer care people who are not helpful finding the receipt. It’s a shame.

It is just the complete store for everything you need.They have never disappointed in pricing though occasionally they have some very rude staff.Most staffs are helpful. The offers are really good every week . If they had a points card, I would have had a million points or more in it by now. The extra protection warranty on their appliances are really good as the exchange or returns are made really easy and convenient. Even during this inflation, they have managed to follow a decent pricing. They are always at a convenient location and always have ample parking space. The new software update on the kiosk is confusing and reacts too fast making lot of difficulties at checkout. Maybe it will take time to get used to it.
