★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent sausages. We tried the Apple Bacon along side the Maple Blueberry and were very impressed with them. The only issue was the price. $16 for 4 seems a tad high bit you get what you paid for and that's a very well made perogie locally made with local products. We are from out of town so will probably never be out again to try other flavors but if I come back I will give the other flavors a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing selection of gourmet sausages with really unusual flavours. Their porchetta is to die for, especially when cooked on a rotisserie. Other delicacies include their black pudding, smoked pork chops, and cured meats that melt in your mouth like butter. I also love the selection of Quebec cheese from their partner, L'Apero Cheese Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a charcuterie board from Haus for a small family gathering. Shane responded quickly to my emails, and worked with me to customize the board. When I picked up the board, everything was carefully packed up and ready to go. The store was bright and open. Everyone practiced social distancing, and was very friendly and helpful.
The board was super reasonably priced given the amount of meat, cheese, and other goodies we received. Needless to say it was a huge hit with everyone. I will definitely be a frequent Haus customer from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in region for sausages, cured meats, and anything you fancy with meat in it.
I recommend their Foie Gras Parfait, Maple Tarts, Sausage Rolls, and Mexican Chorizo.
They also run seasonal events where you can buy a great 4 to 5 course dinner for two, which they announce in their social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about this amazing Easter dinner we got from Haus. They were so kind about my allergies and my first responder household got to sit down for a fabulous Easter meal after our shifts. We will 100% be looking forward to their next dinner offering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished the Sunday dinner special and it was all excellent! Chicken was flavourful and juicy. Potatoes, gravy, and biscuits top-notch. Coleslaw crunchy and sweet. Maple tarts a lovely variation on butter tarts. Says feeds 2-3, but was 4 generous plates for us. Looking forward to the next time!

Shane & Kyle, the owners, are always very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They're happy to give details and background info on their products as well as helpful cooking tips. I've always been fully satisfied by their offerings, most recently their thanksgiving takeaway dinner for 2-- it was absolutely phenomenal! They went the extra mile to include a breakdown of the meal which listed common allergens so that customers could choose what items to eat with peace of mind-- I really appreciated this! Recommended-- go give 'em a visit!
