★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased yesterday boneless Blade pot roast AAA grade,, paid $ 9.92.
Today cook it it was not ,not much meat ,just grisils and fat . Do your butcher know how to cut meats.
Very unhappy, want my money back. Took the picture of the wrap. You basically ruined my dinner.

How are we suppose to show him the date if what we’re showing him is the Walmart’s app already??? Like where am i suppose to see the date at Walmart’s app???? He even called the supervisor and was told that it’s okay. After that he didn’t even apologize and just maintain his poker face the whole time. It also seems that he’s training someone. Like how can you train someone when you don’t even know the store policy yourself????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This save on is one of the best organized grocery stores around. It is clean, and if I ever have any questions, the staff take me directly to where I need to go, and tell me if there are better deals around the store on similar products! The service is great, the selection is great and everything is easy to find. I prefer coming to this one because they have the best selection in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time now that an online order has been delayed by two days, without anyone contacting me about it. Sit around waiting for the delivery, no show, no call, no email. Get disconnected when trying to call. Finally get a hold of somebody to find out they don’t know what’s going on. Next day, don’t hear from anyone, call and am told my order should be coming not today now, but the next day in the evening and they will refund my 4.99. Food finally shows up that following day, muffins squished, several things close to expiring now as I all was what was picked days ago.
It’s been a week now since I emailed customer service about this, but have I got a reply? No.
Combine that with milk constantly being less fresh than milk I got 2 weeks ago, meat being bad the day it’s delivered, many items being out of stock during picking and a few occasions of drivers forgetting all of my frozen food, this service has been abysmal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location gets away with not giving you save-on points by not fixing their self checkout scanners. It seems to be a known thing amongst the employees that only 1 scanner works with smart phone cards. Head office needs to invest in their stores & fix their equipment! Staff are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Super clean, good produce, and helpful staff. But look, I’m never using one of your self-checkouts unless you’re willing to give me a discount for doing your job. You’re not fooling anyone. They are for reducing your overhead, not for customer convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping from here for the past 5 years. They have a very good selection of produce. Pricey but super fresh. Their point system is a bit tricky but if you are careful you won't be tricked.They just have the best display presentation among all stores. Fresh meat and fish are always available. Happy hours are a good bargain. Staffs are amazing and very helpful. Shop almost everyday from here. The baked goods are to die for . The Blueberry pie and the cinnamon buns are on the top. Located in Tillicum Mall,they have ample parking space . They have an online order pickup counter as well. Only used their pharmacy a couple of times but we did find everything we needed.
