★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being turned away from another clinic I came here at 4:30PM with a 3 day fever, expecting a wait. I only waited about 15-20 min before I saw Dr Leslie and he was super thorough. I was in and out within 30 mins and able to get antibiotics to help me feel better. Would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to Victoria from out of province and needing assistance yesterday connecting with the B.C. medical system in relation to Alberta prescriptions that would soon need to be processed in B.C. Spoke with Receptionists at the Clinic who were extremely pleasant, patient and helpful in getting me started in the process and then spoke with the Dr. later in the day. Well done, all! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are unfortunate enough to end up booking an appointment at this clinic, make sure it isn't with doctor Gibbons. He tried to hang up on me half way through my phone consultation, and then refused to give me any info or support about the issue I needed help with. He just said "I don't know" over and over again! How is this guy a doctor???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnabas for a few months now and she and the front desk staff are wonderful and super helpful. I’ve been to many walk-in clinics in town over the years and this one was the first where I felt really taken care of from the start. They respond through email very fast and set up phone appointments same day or next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancè & I are both from out of province. While visiting town an unexpected emergency happened where we needed a prescription from a doctor. Other clinics didn't seem to give a s*** about helping us. Uptown had been fully booked for the day when we called. Thankfully the front staff was super helpful & understanding about our situation and got us the help we needed. We can now enjoy our trip to Tofino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience, the male doctor basically just gaslighted me. i needed to see a specialist for something and he told me its going to take close to 18 months to get a referal, went to another doctor and got one within the week. then i had a mole on my back thats been changing and going numb, he just said its probably nothing and to just ignore it. literally worst doctor I have ever been too. excatly what you'd expect from a walmart doctor though i guess. DO NOT GO HERE! they just want to pump as many people through there as they can, never met a doctor that was that shameless.
