A	Alex Oswald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There system is innificient, archaic, and they don't even bother to improve it. They are the only clinic with my medical records so it was just easier to go with them. Now, I will take myself elsewhere because they are simply never available for anything.

For past one week, I've been trying to get hold of the clinic people and I was advised to call as early as 8am. I tried on Thirsday/Friday and waited till 9pm for someone to answer and hung up (probably little impatient but I work 9-5 on weekdays). However, I took a day off Monday and started my call @7:54am when system said wait time is approx 9'. After 9', music stopped and general telephone ring started. I literally waited 2 hours and 11 minutes when a recept answered and very rudely first thing she said that we are full and can't take anymore. I explained her but she wouldn't believe and kept saying that it wouldn't let me wait for this long. So I was accused of lying. uou know what it becomes more frustrating because you are on hold relying on a climic and invested all your hopes and what then a VERY RUDE receptionist will answer to snap at you. I wish I had hung up and tried a different clinic at least to have another option. Well, that seems to be my fault! VERY DISSSPOINTED!

U	Unlucky Seven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve called the last 3-4 mornings to speak to a doctor. The last attempts all were met with a busy tone directly after 8AM. I either wait in hold for 30 minutes and get told automatically to call tomorrow or the line goes through to a busy signal. This clinic is impossible to plan for, I can wake up every day at open and there’s zero assistance. I’ll have to visit emergency instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because If you have to follow up it may be impossible.
B	Brendon Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling dozens of clinics over three days, I was finally able to get through to this particular clinic. I was told the phone call wait time was 10 minutes. In reality, it was 12 minutes. The person on the phone was efficient at inputting my information as a new walk-In patient. I received a call back from the doctor about 3 1/2 hours later, who was able to talk to me regarding my symptoms and proceed with completing the testing request forms. A further 5 1/2 hours later they were emailed to me. Seeing a doctor in Victoria is becoming exceedingly difficult. My advice - line up your clinics based on when they first open and keep calling to try and get through. Also think critically and target the larger clinics that have multiple doctors. They likely have call waiting unlike smaller offices. To the people who work at this clinic, please know that we appreciate you. To the patients that rely on these workers, know that they are doing the best they can in an extremely overburdened health care system present within the CRD.
f	fawad khaliqi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star is should be a choice here, 3 straight days trying to get the results of my daughters post covid test-unable to get through both myself and my wife, called at 8 am sharp told after 9:55 am that clinic is full capacity. Receptionist lecturing us for keep trying next day, what a souless and inconsiderate people work for this clinic. why we fund this type of walk in clinic whose expertise is to turn down patients and asked them keep trying again and again.

I have to change my phone plan if I want to get my medication refilled, because they have you on hold for 30 plus minutes. Here's an idea, call me back. You have to call at 8 am or you'll never get to see anyone. If calling at that time is difficult for whatever reason, tough luck. There may be limited number of doctors on the island, but you can plan this out a lot better.
K	Kat Lub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at 8o'clock this morning and the phone line said 25 minute wait - we only waited about 10 minutes until a receptionist answered promptly and helped connect me with a doctor. It makes me sad reading the low reviews because they are doing their best being understaffed, overworked, and underpaid for the environment we are living in currently. Maybe don't call on a Monday or Friday morning, as they will be very busy dealing with the incoming of patients who didn't get to see anyone over the weekend, or need to see someone before the weekend begins (no walk in clinics are open on weekends).
