★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... if you have curly hair, I wouldn’t go here. I got some layers and framing done which I now know was a mistake. She did my framing and took too much of the front and it’s basically a straight cut for my “framing” and then the rest of my hair. The layers she did were okay, and I could’ve lived with it, but the framing was really bad. I’d only come back here maybe?? if I needed a trim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually this place is fine for a quick simple cut, but my last experience was terrible. I asked for the back and sides to be taken down to about half an inch, or a #3 clipper with is 3/8 of an inch, and an inch and a half of hair on top. I left with my back and sides with a 1-2 fade and a 3 on top. Its the second the old lady has botched my hair cut and she has a reputation at other first choice locations for her hack jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be a budget Place ~ but one incompetent Haircutter Ruined my Week~ well maybe a WHOLE month ~ to allow for growth! I specifically ~ requested DO NOT cut the right side of my hair ~ because of a long surgical scar ~ I always kept my hair longer on the right side to cover the scar... The incompetent haircutter immediately chopped the hair OFF~ arghhh! I wish I had a hatchet for HER !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a basic cut and cleaning up of my layers, and layers in the front... You really do get what you pay for! I tried to get her to fix it but she clearly didn't have the skills to do it and it kept looking worse and worse so just gave up... None of my top layers were blended properly... Which was very stressful, now I have to either wear a paper bag over my head or go somewhere else to get it fixed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of customer service you might have seen in life. A customer comes 3 days in a row and they don’t consideration. Do visit if you want to waste your precious time. First day they said they can’t because they’re closing soon. Acceptable. Second day they closed early because of short staff. Third day even after calling them and being on time they had no consideration and send people back without the service. No respect whatsoever for the customer
