★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give this place 0 start I would, I called to see if there available for an eyebrow threading today from 2:40 between 2:50 and the lady said yes. I walk in and I was sitting down and waiting for a bit and said do you know how long this will be I’m in a rush, and I told her that over the phone. She said it will take a while, so i got up and left. This place is horrible, thanks for waistin my time. I will not be returning again. If you’re expecting to get in at a certain time don’t count on it, they will just say yes to get you in the door.

Listening to her berate her poor students, her snarky attitude, and just lack of customer service skills make me gladly want to pay for shipping and order what I need online!
