★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our dog here for a grooming and it was perfect. We had gone to Tidy Tails before and they charged us extra for behaviour when our dog has never had any issues before. Ruffin It was such a great experience. We will be going here from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place will lead you too believe they can handle any dog,. But their method of crating a dog for hours on end with out calling the owners is abusive behavior. There needs to be regulations that all staff members be licensed dog trainers with ALL BREEDS they except into their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bundle of 10 passes from this dog day camp. Was not informed that they expired after 6 months?? Was informed that they also raised their prices and that regardless of the expiration they would be no longer valid.
Makes no sense as to why they would "expire" in a short period of 6-months. Hmm...Cash grab for sure!
Won't return here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog had been going here for almost an entire year, when she was kicked out with no notice for behaviour we were NEVER told about. They also punish dogs for long periods of time without informing the owners. We have a one year old large dog so yes she can be a handful but we were lead to believe she was great there and they cared when in fact that’s not the case. They gave us zero notice on any of this so we are in shock and left to scramble. They also were not nice to us after the fact and again tried to make it our fault. I personally don’t think they are all properly trained with dogs and it shows. Do not ever recommend if you have a dog that whines, jumps or likes to excessively play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started with Ruffin it 4 years ago with our dog Cooper. We just adopted a little dog from Mexico and took her for an assessment. The time and care that they gave her to feel comfortable proves why we go and trust Ruffin it with our most loved pets. They watched her body language, made her feel that it was ok, introduced different dog personalities one by one until she connected with one. They not only provide a safe and fun environment but they appreciate and care for each personality giving individual attention when needed. Also love seeing a familiar face still 4 years later ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been taking our puppy a miniature Schnauzer to Ruffinit for a couple of months now, she goes 2-3 times a week. She LOVES it!! At first she was nervous because of the noise and big dogs on the other side of the fence but now she is happy and plays! It has also helped her not to be so afraid when we meet a big dog out on a walk. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the animals!!
