M	Mark Unsworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked grooming appt in November for January because of Covid restrictions. No problem Two days prior, they called to reschedule due to staff issues. Again, no problem. Booked for following week Two days prior, they call to cancel. Suggest I call Langford. Slightly irritated I make an appt for Sunday. Just got a call that they’ll need to reschedule due to blah, blah, blah I’m done with PetSmart and your excuses as to why you can’t run your grooming salon (in multiple locations)
G	Greg S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an online order then I got sick so we went to pick it up 12 days after the order date. The evening floor person told us they had canceled our order and put the items back on the shelf (ehich were promptly bought up) and they said they had issued a refund; we didn't get any email notification or any other contact asking it was canceled. The floor person worked her hardest to figure it out and said that we should receive a refund in our bank account in the next 2 days.... it's now nearly a week after that interaction and still no funds have been deposited in our our account so we are out both pet food and the money. Exceptionally disappointed and will be headed in tomorrow to have a serious conversation of where our refund is at.
E	Evan Kurtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice customer service. Picked up my gerbil from here a while back. Best to talk to a few staff to get multiple opinions and do your own research if adopting a pocket pet! Would like to see more options for small animals and more staff training.
M	Maya Goodsir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are regular customers here for our puppy Enzo. We buy his food regularly here, staff is always kind to both us and Enzo. Today we took Enzo to his first grooming! We were nervous because he is a very energetic boy, but it went amazing. The staff gave us a full report on how he did, he loved the bath and the blow drying. Which must have meant they were very patient and kind with him as he’s a busy boy! He smells and looks amazing post grooming, and he’s super soft right now. They even sent him home with a big toy! Which he had grown attached to while there! We are super impressed thank you Olivia, and Tori? We aren’t sure the names but everyone was so wonderful!

C	Cherie and Jon L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a dirty steam cleaner covered in hair from previous user - only used hose attachment for upholstery. The roller ended up leaving a huge poop-looking stain on our carpet. Upon return had to embarrassingly clean this mess and somebody else’s pet hair in order to receive our deposit back. Management was VERY rude and condescending about it. The cashiers were friendly though! Awful place to rent from and seems like an annoying place to work. Not to mention all their birdies look depressed.
t	troy moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in there for fish and came out a happy camper with more knowledge then I went in with. Always a good thing when staff go above and beyond. Also a great return policy on fish incase something bad happened.
C	Caitlin Elliott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always liked this pet store and I Liev the dog trainer Lindsay she helps me train my puppy bear and is super friendly we had a bad experience with a different pet store when my dog got a nail clipping and is now scared of getting his nails clipped and she said that she wpudk d multiple sessions with him to get him sued to it if we want. Great customer service to:)
